Absolutely. There is very little in the law that is allowed to be private and family court matters are one of the very few. Alison Sandy said there was nothing of importance in anything that was “allowable” to be reported on – the good stuff was apparently the part we aren’t allowed to hear. She also said the “matter” was dealt with in that one court appearance, so it is done and dusted. She mentioned there “might” be a different matter by the end of the week but that doesn’t seem to have eventuated. They have gone to too much trouble for bankruptcy. They are counting on a not guilty decision and receiving the insurances and super (and obviously prepared to be patient). I presume that family have lots of discussions amongst themselves and lawayers about how to get everything they way want it. Too bad that the legal system doesn’t see them as being any more important than the rest of us
