If anyone is curious about the Baden Powell case before the courts and in CM, I can tell you that they are a Brazilian family – husband is son or grandson (not sure which) of famous musician ‘Baden Powell de Aquino’ who was named in honour of the chief scout. It was a christian name, however they have now dropped the ‘de Aquino’. They are not related to the Baden-Powell family nor the Baden-Clays.
