Ai Ai was arrested a few days ago on Cebu island at Damaguete. well he’ll find it’s no picnic in a Philippines jail, he won’t be no king ping here. He wont survive it. If he tries his standover tactics they’ll kill him, and nobody will care, no inquest here Steve the Aus embassy wont lift a finger not that the useless pricks ever do. If he survives 10yrs it’ll be a miracle. no soft jury system here judge only and it’ll take yrs before his trial, 6 to 10yrs. this was a very brutal murder, a savage beating, also he hasn’t done Aussies any favours for our reputation overseas. with a name like that he’s Arab not Aussie. he’ll get his right wack now, Karma works in mysterious ways. I hope he likes plenty of rice if not he better start getting used to it, and he wants to have plenty of money cos he’ll need it, no freebee’s here, if he gets sick or injured in jail no money no medicine u die – fact. If he was on parole how the hell was he allowed to leave the country, just his dope possession charge is 6 to 12 yrs pluss 40 for the murder.

Like always really drugs. They fought for drugs, Patti for some reason wanted what he had and Hutchens later stabbed Barry, not seriously, I ask because recently the name Dean Barry came to me as we were talking here abut prison incidents, a lot of names escape me, his as others before have popped back up. A lot of those individuals would be dead or still around, makes me wonder.

Re: Julian Knight and the blue prints. That isn’t all he had he had every name and address of every screw that ever worked Pentridge from at least 1987 onwards to around 1998. Phone numbers, emergency contact information, spouses names etc. when the stuff was found it had already been spread throughout the jail and outside. To this day that list still exists. It was never made public, he only received 7 days lops for it, they never knew how he got it but obviously a screw gave it to him and that screw his name is PO Sinclair, a huge fat bastard that worked K-Division in the mid 90’s, I believe he still works for MAP.

You know all about the personal information of screws, I wasn’t sure if I should talk about this topic here, in fact I am sure the eyes of Correction Victoria are watching my posts full stop, so I will proceed with some hesitation, especially as Julian Knight is still a bug bear to the corrupt authorities , and the same names of prison management Prison Officers that worked Pentridge, or later jails are still around in the system, in one place or the other. I am aware some still in other scattered modern postings in jails in Victoria. I wont say there names, you have already listed many of them , and a few posts back , there I listed a mention on a court action, against Julian Knight , which is why I was a bit worried about, my post being moderated, as these Prison management officers or governors, had a lot of power in there day, and it is my belief corruption in there positions of power, were happening in both my time as a screw and during your times in Port Phillip Prison and I suspect Barwon , Melbourne Assessment Prison and the others, and may be still operating in some dark corners of Victoria Corrections.
As you said, it was never made public, at least not that I am aware of about all this intel that Knight was found to have obtained.. When I had limited access to the Office of Corrections prisoner records, I was caught reading what I just mentioned about Julian Knight, and other things as well, by my then security squad chief Prison Officer, he instantly removed me from accessing and reading any prison intelligence files. And I was banned from using the computers, not long before I lost my job as a screw?… There was so much information on prison incidents back then in 1994, so I haste to imagine what the now Corrections Victoria now have access to at their disposal. This wasn’t long before the internet, so what sensitive intel information, they hold on both prisoners and former and current serving Prison Officers, would be enormous reading to the general public. Very WikiLeaks kind of sensitive information. About all sorts of colourful things?…So I think I have good reason to be wary of the a mentioned names or at the very least, who ever took over from their Corrections Victoria high profile internal investigation and prison management roles they had. I knew P.O.Sinclair. -Its angers me how all these same Prison Officers survive and rise in their positions of power. Just like in the copper, the bent, drive out the suspicious coppers and destroy theirs careers, because they know to much about bentshit that happens!… Take the Hodson Murder /Paul Dale Case for example, if you watched Four Corner, How to protect key informers, detailing corruption in Barwon Prison and Victoria Police is very disturbing . And who is blowing the whistle, once good honest coppers, like Charlie Bezzina and other well known former coppers and even Carl Williams father George Williams. Corrections Victoria and Victoria Police have lots to answer for decades and years of corrupt secrets.
And it is taking former criminals to turn over the rocks, that hide and protect the bent or corrupt?… So its not sour grapes with me , its bloody out right outrage and disappointment, of this lot the more I keeping hearing from you and other digging up on the subject.
I am started to see Julian Knights cases for his attempted law suits with the enemy!…
I will never have sympathy for his massacre crimes on random victims, he deserves life in prison for that, but by the same token, I do have some empathy for his cases on the former Office of Corrections and Correction Victoria, and his case of bastardisation in the Australian Defence Academy or Duntroon. Which it has been suggested may have pushed his unstable personality over the edge, to push him to commit his horrible massacre. Much the same way as prisoners subjected to the old style regime in H.Division, and its slot replacements in modern jails very often went on to become killers or even worse killers. There is a pattern here?…
Some of Julian Knights prison experiences combined with his military bastardisation has caused him to be the problem to the hierarchy and authorities as a vexatious Litigant he later became?…

Steve, you have seen Julian right? Then you know he is physically unfit for any military role that involves combat gear strapped to his back. He is too scrawny to carry anything. He even stated he was abused because he could not keep up with the rest of the squad when out marching or engaging in mock battle. Anything he endured is nothing new, I copped shit when I was in the Scouts for being overweight, got bloody well hammered by the older leaders with soap in pillow cases, short sheeted beds, toothpaste in my boots, I never went on to kill 7 innocent people and I’m sure there are plenty more that have gone through what most go through in those peer involved group education sessions and become better people. Julian is grasping at straws, searching for an avenue of escape through appeal. Regardless though if he wins his case against Duntroon he will never see financial remuneration for lost work or anything and should he then he will never get to spend it as he is inside for the long haul, he knew it would evolve into this and is now doing everything he can to remain as popular now as he was all those years ago. He thrives on his own image. In fact when he was in K-Div. he apparently went on a door slamming rampage when Martin Bryant topped his score, locked himself in his cell and never came out for over two days because the attention had been taken away from him.

Julian Knight original release date was to be sometime this year in 2015. It would be interesting if his pro bono high profile lawyer Robert Richter is able to stop the current labour government from holding him on a indefinite sentence until he is in imminent danger of dying or is seriously incapacitated!…. I wasn’t aware that in K.Division he banged his door over Martin Bryant killing more people than himself. Well that’s it he must rot in jail, this proves he must have enjoyed doing his massacre. and has no remorse for his victim, I just read a piece about in Port Prison , in September 2014, Julian Knight was refused and banned by the PPP General Manager Ian Thomas from buying a copy of his documentary of his massacre, filmed around 1988. Also he wanted copies of ANZAC Day marches in Melbourne between 1983 and 1985. and wanted the ABC to interview him in what he said was the public interest, raising concerns how he was portrayed in the media. Yes he does thrive on his own image. He would probably be safer to remain locked in jail anyway, as there would be some interested parties, that would like to get their hands on Knight. I am surprise someone hasn’t tried to make a name for themselves and already tried to harm him in jail, in more recent times, no one must be able to get near him. I suppose he is still in Port Phillip. There was a few years back, talk of letting him finish the last of his 27 year non-parole sentence at H.M.Loddon medium walled country Prison, but he continued to remain at PPP, with his category A2 security rating and classification wouldn’t down grade him to category B, or C – medium or minimum security rating, so he stayed on Maximum Security and probably high protection when he was doing his law suits with the prison hierarchy , or maybe he is back at Barwon, I’m not sure on that. He must be in a good protection unit, in any case as his only enemy where he is being held, seems to be the screws. He was for a while freely running around in Pentridge J.Division , until May 1990, when he was very quickly whisked off to Barwon, only to angrily received by Barwon prisoners. He would of been one of the first in the Barwon Slot of Acasia High Security Unit. He may also have been returned to Pentridge H.Division before its final closure in 1997, and moving to the new PPP. Port Phillip had only begun to be built IN THE EARLY 1990’s at this stage. Anyway Knight was nothing but a weasel of a thing in the 1989. And now he looks like a old weasel of a thing, from his most recent prison photo. I think he got on well with Raymond Edmonds Mr Stinky, well he did in Pentridge, they both worked in the Pentridge Industries, or machine shop, before Mr Stinky tried to escape in a metal locker through the Pentridge east gate. Then he was moved to Barwon, I’m not sure if he is still in Barwon or not , he was in a unit with Peter Dupas at one stage. But that may have since changed. Whatever Julian Knight has caused Victoria Corrections, many headaches. they would probably rather he be released back into the free world, to see the end of him!…

I can’t remember was Paul Haigh ever in H.Division or Jika Jika or K.Division after 1990, And also did you know Prisoner George Hatherley who was hung in his own cell or helped by Paul Haigh to commit suicide?, at Pentridge in 1991. What was it over and why or what reason did Paul Haigh hang Hatherleyn was he a sex offender and what Division in Pentridge did this take place? Was it in J.Division, I was out of Pentridge when this happened, so I’ve only read Mark Chopper Reads accounts of Paul Haigh’s last murder!… Paul Haigh in early years as a armed robber from 1974 to 1978, was as a troublesome inmate, a heavy user of drugs in Pentridge and spent lots of time in H.Division and the new Jika Jika, for bad behaviour, then by the late 1980’s he had changed and had quietened down and was better behaved in Pentridge , so was moved to the then new built better part of Pentridge, The former old Young Offender Group or Gaol (YOGS) rebuilt and classified The well behaved record long Termers Division – J.Division .
